Recherche de modèles cellulaires mimant les situations in vivo et essais pharmacologiques (Mise en évidence de la production d'espèces radicalaires dans les pathologies inflammatoires)
• Etude des mécanismes d’oxydation des molécules impliquées dans la toxicité des xénobiotiques.

Mise en évidence de la formation d'espèces radicalaires in vitro et in vivo au cours du métabolisme de l'oxygène par la résonance paramagnétique électronique (RPE).

Modèles d'activation des leucocytes polymorphonucléaires neutrophiles et des macrophages, et modèles d'anoxie-réoxygénation des cellules en culture.

Cinétique de la réaction du peroxynitrite (étude cinétique combinée en RPE et en chimioluminescence spontanée).
